A Logic Lesson

Three men from Ireland riding a train in Minnesota and they see a brown cow. The economist says "Apparently the cows in Minnesota are brown". The mathematicians says " No, it only means there are cows in Minnesota and one of them is brown". Logicman says " You are both wrong. We only know that there is one cow and he is brown on one side"!

Later while watching President elect Obama on TV the economist says "Apparently the presidents in America are brown". The mathematicians says "No, It only means that there are presidents in America and one of them is brown".
Logicman says " You are both wrong again. We only know that there is one president and he is brown only on the outside"!
